Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each item is made specifically for you, based on your approved design. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve it.
Once you’ve submitted your child’s artwork and design specifications, we’ll create a digital mockup of the design for you to review. After we receive your approval, we'll have it professionally printed, carefuly packaged, and shipped to you! It may take one week or more to receive your items as we do not print them on site.
