Can I submit artwork created using different mediums (e.g., crayons, markers, paint)?Yes, you can submit artwork created with any medium. Just make sure the artwork is clear and well-lit when you upload it. The best patterns often come from bright colours and bold lines!

Can I request a specific layout or repeat pattern for my pattern?Yes, we can customize the layout and repeat pattern of your child’s artwork. Whether you want a simple repeat or a more complex design, we can accommodate your request!

Can I add text or additional elements to the design?We do not add extra elements or text to designs, however, we can move and scale parts of the artwork for your pattern!

Can I order a sample before committing to a full order?We do not offer physical samples, however, you will have the opportunity to proof the pattern after purchase!

How long does the design and approval process take?The design process typically takes 1-3 business days. Once the design is ready, we’ll send it to you for approval.

Can I make changes to the design after I see the proof?Absolutely! We offer one round of revisions to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the design.

How long does it take to receive my order after I approve the design?Once you approve the design, it takes about 2-3 weeks for your order to be printed, packaged, and shipped to you.

What if I need my order sooner?Please contact us to discuss your timeline and we will see what we can do to get you your order ASAP! Keep in mind, this may cost a little more.

Where do you source your fabric and other products?Our fabric is printed through Spoonflower which is a reputable fabric printing company known for their high-quality prints and eco-friendly practices. We use them to ensure your custom fabric looks amazing. The prices of fabric we offer are based off of the prices Spoonflower dicates. For more information about fabric specifications please visit https://www.spoonflower.com/ For our other products, we use Vistaprint, a well-established Canadian company, to print our products. Vistaprint is known for their high-quality and reliable printing services, ensuring that each product meets professional standards. We trust them for consistent results that complement our custom designs, ensuring your child’s artwork is transformed into a lasting keepsake.
